Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards:

• We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
• Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:
• The product is damaged during transit
• An incorrect product is delivered

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
